| The ranch consists of 6,000+ acres bordering the White River National Forest, home of the largest migratory elk herd in Colorado. Primarily a cattle ranch, the terrain consists of hay meadows, sage brush and mountain pastures. The high country is filled with aspen trees and scrub oak brush and is home to grouse, coyotes, fox, several species of migratory birds, and of course, many elk and mule deer. An occasional mountain lion, bobcat and black bear have also been seen. During the hunting seasons we offer quality archery Elk,deer, and antelope along with rifle hunts. The transition from high mountain oak brush to low rolling sage offers prime habitat for our sought after mule deer.
