At Winslett Ranch, our guides strive to provide the best opportunity and experience for hunters and play a crucial role in the success of this family owned hunting ranch.  Our guides are native to the Meeker, CO area and have all been on the ranch for several years.  Knowing the ranch entirely, provides hunters a great opportunity for success. Joel Matrisciano is a full time Supervisor of high pressure natural gas and part time guide/outfitter who grew up in Rangeley, CO just 60 miles west of Meeker. He has lived in Meeker for the last nineteen years, seventeen of which helping countless hunters here at the Winslett Ranch notch their tags on Trophy big game.  Not only has he been a successful guide for the better part of 25 years but is too a very accomplished hunter, harvesting numerous trophy mule deer, bull elk, pronghorn, and whitetails.  An avid shed hunter, he was fortunate enough to pick up the shed antlers belonging to the world class buck you see on our homepage. Tyler Matrisciano is a full time environmental consultant and seasonal guide/outfitter who grew up in Meeker, CO. He currently resides in Fort Collins, CO but still spends most of his free time picking up shed antlers, fishing, and hunting in Northwest, CO.  Tyler is an accomplished big game hunter harvesting several bull elk, whitetails, and mule deer with his bow.  He has spent nine of his twelve years as a hunting guide right here at the Winslett Ranch, helping dozens of hunters harvest trophy elk and mule deer.   Trevor Matriciano is a full time HVAC controls technician who grew up in Meeker,CO. Currently resides in Grand Junction,CO. Enjoys chasing big game with his bow as well as looking for shed antlers in his free time. Has spent many of his years guiding hunters on the Winslett Ranch
